Nick came to us with two properties and wanted to know how best to brand them so that guests knew that staying at one property was much the same as staying at the other. The properties are only separated by a parking area and offer the same service and amenities. Both were upstanding properties in their own right, so we had the client create a company that promoted and owned both, this way we could market them together, put them both on the same booking engine and website and show, via the logo design that they are sister properties.
