The Challenge:

As many in our industry know, we launched our first conference, The Hospitality Marketing Summit, which took place in November 2014 in Denver, Colorado. We had the unique privilege of meeting innkeepers from all over the country who decided to attend our first foray at throwing an all hospitality tech and marketing summit! One of those delightful innkeepers was Michelle Langlois of Brass Lantern Inn of Nantucket, MA. I was able to spend an hour of uninterrupted time sitting down with her during the conference to discuss her website needs and the fantastic plans she had for improving the Brass Lantern Inn. After returning home, we all got down to business! Her primary challenge was that her current site undersold her property, the Nantucket area in general and the vision she had for the new direction she hoped to take Nantucket lodging. To that end, we directed her to Jumping Rocks Photography and then we began the process of developing a new image and look with an updated logo.

The Answer:

After several weeks, the fantastic logo you see front and center in her new design was developed as a truly collaborative effort between Michele and our team. She even had one of the premier sign makers in America develop her new outdoor signage based on the new logo. Mark and Matthew of Jumping Rocks spent several days on property photographing the new look she had created by working with an interior designer to revamp each of her guest rooms. The before and after pictures of her rooms are showcased in a recent Jumping Rocks blog post on the perks of knowing when its time to hire a professional! And, Michele did just that! Between her improved guest rooms, the extraordinary photography and the brilliant new site, her business is poised to reach it’s fullest potential. Take a look at the nuances and detail woven throughout the entire site and I believe you’ll agree that it certainly is a shining star in our portfolio of hospitality website designs.

Total Sessions up 27.44%
Google Organic Traffic up 32.71%
