Inn at Pleasant Lake

The Challenge:

Jen Reed called White Stone Marketing shortly before embarking on a dream of a lifetime for her and her husband Scott Reed. The two of them purchased The Inn at Pleasant Lake in New London, NH which is a quaint New Hampshire town. The locals had grown to the love the restaurant and the chef over the years. Much to the relief of the Reeds, the chef stayed on during the owner transition and has reinvigorated life into the whole dining experience. Jen is a researcher and had done her homework before calling us and had thoroughly vetted many digital marketing companies. She felt she had the best chance of success securing her inn’s future with White Stone. We applaud her decision and I’m sure she is now delighted with the results.

The Answer:

After a very successful visit by our talented client rep, Kelly Garbarino, the team put together a plan of action for the inn’s new marketing program as well as the website launch. The new site launched on February 18th and in just a short month we have seen a fantastic response to the newly branded design. Jumping Rocks provided the spectacular photos of this New London inn, the lake views and all the upgraded rooms.

In the nine months since the site launched the following increases occurred:

Total Bookings up $172,929
Transactions up 57.80%
Room Nights Increase up 510
Google Organic Traffic up 37.83%
