Jack and Christine Greenwald of the Cheshire Cat in Santa Barbara came to us needing a whole new image. While they wished to retain the Alice in Wonderland theme and feel of the inn, they knew they needed an updated look. Even though the Cheshire Cat animation on the website was a focal image, it didn't convey the professionalism and beauty of the experience of staying at the Cheshire Cat in Santa Barbara.

To initiate the project, we first schedule a two day photo shoot of all 5 houses of the inn, focusing on the unique architecture and simplistic beauty of each room. Our photographer, in many shots, appears to be hanging from the ceiling in order to accurately and stylistically capture the romantic beauty of each guest room.

Next, our photographer, also our designer, cropped and refined each image bringing them all together in the current format you are viewing. With the use of extensive flash throughout the entire site, we were able to capture the flavor and ambiance of the Cheshire Cat while still imparting the fantasy like nature of the Alice in Wonderland theme. Each guestroom is presented with several images in a flash slide show style so viewers can see every aspect of the room. Furthermore, the flash slide show on each page is unique to the area and to the thematic rendering of that page.

Lastly, we fully optimized the site for the search engines for increased search engine placement.
