In addition to their love of hospitality, the Cunninghams knew their location in Pleasanton, Kansas was going to prove challenging. Truly, the property is in the middle of nowhere. Thus, they decided to bring in the ‘big guns’ and hired our team at White Stone Marketing to pull together the various components of what could potentially be a brilliant marketing venture. With over 16,000 sq. feet of gardens on site, Matt and Laura have created an oasis for true farm to table living. Their chef uses only the freshest ingredients in all their meals right from the beautiful gardens they have lovingly cultivated. The experience is second to none at their award winning Kansas bed and breakfast and they needed a remarkable marketing and design program to equal the product they are selling.
Fortunately, at White Stone, we excel in the impossible problems department! It’s relatively easy to market a great product in the heart of a bustling tourist center but try that in nowheresville Kansas and you have a different type of marketing challenge on your hands.
