Signature Design - Chatham Inn

The Problem

Jeff and Kayla Ippoliti contacted me two years prior to owning Chatham Inn. I can still remember the conversation with Jeff, his voice full of the hopes and dreams he had for one day owning an inn that he could completely turn around and imbue with all the design, amenities and luxury of a 5-star experience. His ambitions were aggressive, but this is a man who started the Celebration Exotic Car Festival in 2004. “Since its inception, The Celebration Exotic Car Festival has donated nearly $2.5 million to children’s charities including Make-a-Wish, Special Olympics and Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital. Over the years, the festival has grown to become one of the largest exotic car events in the world, attracting more than 300 of world’s rarest exotic cars, race cars, and Hollywood movie cars, and more than 40,000 spectators. In the past 15 years, hundreds of children in need have been helped directly through the efforts of this event.” I listened carefully to his hopes and dreams and vowed to be there for him through thick and thin in his quest to become a successful independent lodging owner of a luxury property. Not long after the initial call, he contacted me again to let me know the deal had fallen through and he would have to put this plan on the back burner. Over a year later, I again heard from Jeff and with excitement in his voice; he was in the process of purchasing Chatham Inn and well on his way to making those long-lost dreams come true.

The Solution

Jeff quickly ramped up and renovated all aspects of the Chatham Inn, including hiring a professional chef and all-star team to deliver both the lodging and culinary experience expected of a high-end property. As he got to work on total renovations, he began to pile on the accolades. To date, he is a Forbes 4-star, AAA 4 Diamond, Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, and TripAdvisor’s Travel Choice Winner for both 2018 and 2019! As he continues in his pursuit of excellence, I advised him it was imperative to let the White Stone Marketing team completely revamp his design. He had inherited an older design with the purchase of the property and while working on inn renovations, put the website project on hold. Once his extensive lobby renovation was complete, we got to work on the new site; a site worthy of both the outstanding accumulation of 5-star reviews as well as the professional accolades he has received since assuming ownership. We were overjoyed to be able to embark on this project with Jeff and his A-list team and deliver a site worthy of the Chatham Inn experience.
